Когда какая-либо компания добавляет к существующим деятельностям новую, новая деятельность использует существующие ресурсы этой компании в большей или меньшей степени. Степень использования новой деятельностью существующих ресурсов компании является степенью синергии, проистекающей из данной деятельности. — When a company adds to its existing activities the new activity will make use of the company's existing resources to a greater or lesser extent. The extent to which it does so is the extent of the synergy arising from this new activity.
